The Mines Chapter 2 (A Story by BlakeSenpai)S

Hey it's Blake and I'm giving you chapter 2 of 'The Mines' I won't have an exact date of when I'll post a chapter just when I feel like typing it. So anyways this next chapter will be focused on Aaron Wilson's friend.

Here we go!




Chapter 2:


Aaron's feet skidded down the dirt leaving behind a cloud of dust. The dust faded into the air as Wilson looked away with his eyes shut tight.
"C'mon down" Aaron urged. Wilson looked straight down. The hole was deep and pitch black. Aaron was no where in sight. Wilson put his feet over the edge and tried to climb down. He tripped over a root, and stumbled in circles down the hole. He slammed hard into the ground. He wasn't injured.
"You ok?" Aaron asked helping Wilson up. Wilson just gave him a slight nod. Aaron had a flashlight on.
The cave was full of dirt, bats, and dead bugs. Water would occasionally drip from the ceiling. As Aaron kept travelling until his flashlight caught something shining. Wilson picked it up and examined it.
"Looks like a crystal," Aaron said softly. Wilson put the crystal in his pocket. Aaron and Wilson kept moving along until they came across a large stone wall with writing on it. The room was also surrounded in shiny gemstones and gold.
Aaron focused his flashlight on the stone, and Wilson read it aloud.




I have no clue how you found this stone, but let's get to business. If your reading this in the future this message was written in 1967. Somewhere in this room is uncountable amounts of money. It was all saved up for an important event, an event that can save the earth or destroy it. Alien sightings in the last 3 years were proven true and a UFO was identified just a few hours ago. We then received a video message from aliens warning that in the far future they would be ready. We were asking ourselves "Ready for what?" We then assumed it was an attack. So we saved up billions of dollars trying to prepare you for it, and buried the cash here. The cash is in the ---------------------



The rest of the stone was cut off. Wilson turned incredibly pale. The boys looked at each other in fear. Out of all the oblivious people, they were the only two who knew.
Then Aaron found s pickaxe lying on the cave floor. He picked it up, and ran to a wall and starting slamming the pickaxe in the wall. He eventually made the wall crumble. Wilson, and Aaron dug through the dirt that caved in.they crawled through the small opening, then found a small crate. They picked it up by both ends, but at that moment they heard someone yell.
"Someone's been down here!"

Really liking the story so far. And please do make it longer. Also the aliens idea seems a little too cliche imo
