    It is.
    I decided to go eat at McDonalds yesterday and I saw that there were MLP toys.
    Decided to buy one and the only ones they had were pony Pinkie Pie and human Pinkie Pie.
    Naturally I got the pony. :p

    They should have pony Twilight Sparkle and Human Twilight Sparkle now. Or at least I stocked the toy supply with those before I left on Saturday evening. I dont know how your McDonald's work in Canada.
