I can't open my locked chest

My username: Chlauren
Server: Skyblock 2
Detailed description: I changed my name last night from NeilPHarris to Chlauren. I just got added back to my island and I can't open one of the chests I locked.

No it is on MrJoker_PT island, my alt. I guess it is my island...

 

I suggest getting onto your alt again and re adding the other account on it, it simple could be that the island didn't register the name change re-add and it hasn't added you properly
