1.8 or 1.7?

So I've been using 1.7.9 on the server and I wanna know what everyone else is using. Cuz 1.8 riding stuff doesn't work correctly so I've heard. But like, maybe you guys use it idk. Please tell me hare.
I'll do a poll cuz commenting takes like a whole 2 seconds and wow.

I been using minecraft 1.7.4 for months. My fps are stable there like 60-90 fps (certain minigames up to 120 fps) while in 1.8 I get like 20-40 fps.

 

1.7.9 too...
Butts in the face are really annoying.
Although, I do like the player list on 1.8

 

1.7.10. I just. Canoot. Handle the amount of people riding me, and having to see their asses right in front of my face.

Also, for some reason, my FPS is way higher in 1.7 in comparison to 1.8...

1.7.10 since they have all the forge mods and you have higher fps. AND i record so the high fps rate and lag rate is great.

I use 1.8 because of the tab list - that's pretty much the only reason why.

1.8 is sheiit when it comes for fps

 

I get 250-500 FPS on 1.8.1 without optifine. No idea what you're talking about :/

 

You probably have a top notch PC then.
Mine gets 12 fps on 1.8
