Took the words right out of my mouth. No offense staff, but some of you (Not pointing a single one out) can be...wonky at times. Sure, you don't have to be 24/7 mature, but sometimes just too much.
Staff shouldn't be demoted for inactivity. Only demotion by stupidity, such as abuse, not solving obvious reports, etc.

Eh. Semi-agree, semi-disagree, as it pretty much always goes with me. If staff were demoted because of stupidity...as in, immaturity... yeah....we'd have no staff left. No, I'm not saying that the staff are immature all the time. They are not. That also doesn't mean they're always mature. I quote Willy: So, the staff can't be mature 24/7. Imagine how boring the server would be if that were the case. On the other hand, they do need to be the example for the server, but bear in mind that the server is about having fun. Well, if a staff member is inactive, they aren't doing their job. That wouldn't give the higher ups any choice but to bring them back or demote them. By the way, which staff member was demoted due to inactivity? o_O
I get school and shiz before you decide to argue with me But there are some staff who I haven't seen since July and others who I see that they don't do their job. So what about those peeps?
