So one day i woke up, played laptop, than i got dizzy, i normally play games without getting dizzy, I like roller costers, but not motion rides, and i started feeling sick. My mom got this medicine over the counter called like dopamine or something like that (cures nausea realted symptoms) i felt better. Now i feel dizzy, maybe its from new sleep shedule?
Sometimes the computer can do that to you, I get it too sometimes. It's usually best to do preoccupy yourself with other, non technology things before, like eating, brushing your teeth, making your bed, etc, you'll adjust to it faster.
How bout brightness? idk if that helps but b4 bed i play my ipod with full dimm brightness and its still kinda bright
Brightness is a big thing. Too bright it hurts your eye and head. You know how you can't sleep with a light on? (This is an example) because it's too bright? same thing. please don't take my word on anything or such.
The iPod in bed isn't really good. It's like watching TV with no lights on, it's fun, but not good for your eyes. Then again, were not doctors, your eye doctor, (where you got your glasses) would probably know best.
The heat can often make you light headed, which can make you feel dizzy, either that or standing up/sitting down too fast can do it
Same here, but it's normal for me. Spend less time on tech, and start doing soccer, since my doctor told me so xD.
How long do you feel dizzy? Sometimes when I lay in bed and get up real fast I get a little bit dizzy. Also , I eat my breakfast before I go on my pc//iPod/psn/ whatsoever. Because if I don't , I start getting dizzy or have a headache
