Mehh, my comment isn't as sarcastic as you'd think, actually.

Here's my opinion on this:
Yes, I have liked MULTIPLE people from IJAH, and several other servers, but that doesn't mean it's wrong. If you've been talking to a person for a few months and really got to know them, you'd notice that they're really not a bad or mysteriously weird pedophile at all. I mean, heck, some people know what I look like, and I know what they look like. It's just what happens when you become so close to people... you start to really get to know them and all, and at the same time, you start having feelings for them, and caring about them... sure, the internet isn't necessarily like actual 'life,' but I believe that you can treat people the same way you'd treat people IRL, right? :)
Anyways, this was about DATING, not having crushes.
At first, sure, I didn't like internet dating because I thought it was stupid and that you would never be able to see each other in real life. But that was because of personal experience from before with the wrong person. The first time I tried to "internet date," it didn't exactly work out, you see. He lived pretty far away from me, so there was a slim chance that we would ever be able to meet, correct? So yeah, my first opinion on it was, "this is stupid, we're never going to meet, I should just end this thing now before it gets worse." I ended it, he left the community, and that was that. I still see him once and awhile, but it's hard keeping contact if he was permanently banned from the server because of me :/... XD. But the past is the past, so we must focus on the present. Today, as some of you know, I'm happily in a relationship online, and I've never felt better. The people in my school are just douches and don't know how to treat girls correctly, so why even bother? People here are just too kind and actually LISTEN to me when I have to say something...while at school, sure, people will listen, but at the same time, you're being judged by everything you do. I like it here. I like how no one cares about how weird you are. I like how some people can like that about you. I like that the person I'm dating can actually TOLERATE me. I like that the person I'm dating lives extremely close to me, so there's no problem at all. ^-^ Seriously, guys, I know we all have different opinions about things, but my opinion is that online dating is actually good.

Here's what happened with me, if you were wondering:

I joined a Minecraft community the summer of 2013 (this one, of course). I began to communicate with others, and start to develop friends and such. After a few months, I began to make more and more friends, while at the same time, I also became better friends with the people I've been talking to for a while. Then, out of nowhere, I begin to be attached to one of the people from the community that I hated the most. At first, I didn't exactly like him...at all. Then, we began to tell each other information about yourselves, and soon enough, I learned that we live a few towns away, which is extremely close. We talked about meeting up and such, because we live so close to each other, after all. Soon enough, I talked with this person a bit more each day, and I began to develop feelings for them. I begin to feel happy whenever I was talking to them. I felt like everything's going to be okay once I talked to them after a hard day at school. Then... I just think a bit. I thought about why I'm having feelings for this person, and what these feelings meant. I suddenly realized that I like this person... and that I'd do anything for them. I realize that they're perfect and I just wish that they liked me back. I waited and waited, but still no signs of affection. Later, my friend and I (whom I had feelings for), create a joke about dating each other. This then LEADS us to considering about dating privately, and it makes us extremely happy... few weeks later, I just can't take it anymore, and I told my best friend from the community about my crush. They go all, "OMG I KNEW IT! DO THEY LIKE YOU BACK?!" I replied telling them that I have no idea, but I wish that they did. I made them promise that they not tell anyone, or anything, about my secret. Then, they told my crush about me liking them... it's very awkward at first, because you never know what could happen... few minutes later, my friend tells me that my crush likes me as well, making me VERY happy... and when I say VERY, I really do mean VERY. It's like a rush of happiness coming out of nowhere... it's just so perfect and it's the best feeling I've had in a while, trust me. A day later, he messages you about your status on Skype (my status was a blushing face saying that I was extremely happy, blahblahblah). He asks you what's up and why you're so happy... I felt like he knew that I knew... I was scared about what would happen next, but I shouldn't have been. A friend of his helped 'set us up,' and then he just... asked me out. I was overly excited. I didn't know what to say except for, "Of course. :)" And then we started dating... it's been 3-4 weeks so far, so I know it's new, but it doesn't matter.
I like him.
He likes me.
We are happy.
Isn't that all that matters?
If we're happy in the end?
If online dating makes you happy, then do it.
I strongly suggest it, as long as you're with the right person.
Oh yeah, by the way, I will NOT tell you directly who I am dating, but I think it should be obvious. If you do happen to figure out, please do not spread it. Keep it to yourselves and keep your mouth shut.

That's all I have to say about this.

 

We just get along so well that some of us even find love. :3

God, I hate when people date through Minecraft. Because you'll TOTALLY fall in love with, have a stable relationship with, and possibly marry that person.

I don't date in real life, especially on the internet. Sometimes I just really like someones personality I don't necessarily call it 'love' because I'm not a lovey dovey person either (unless it comes to bands)

So, first off, let me say how I feel, bc I kinda feel guilty.

I feel guilty because most of this drama and crap started when Sera(@DurpehDuckiee) and I started dating. Then tons and tons of other users started getting together, creating hate and all this stuff from the other users.

Now, my opinion on the subject.

Look, everyone is independant, and everyone has influences. You cannot stop someone, you can only influence them to stop. If they want to date, let them. It isn't your business and it isn't your problem. End of Story.
