if not what is the last book you read personally i am currently reading dostoyevsky's tremendous Brothers Karamazov what about u.
I've got like 5 books on my shelf which ive been wanting to read for months now, and I'm asking for 4-ish more for xmas, but I haven't had the necessary desire/energy to immerse myself like that esp considering that as an English major, reading is majority of what I do as a student so it's v easy to get burnt out lol. The most recent one I've read is a Disney novel titled "What Once Was Mine", which is basically a mature re-telling/adaptation of my fav Disney movie, Tangled. That was back in September. Over the course of last summer I read a good bit, getting through 3 books and stopping in the middle of a 4th one which I've gone back into every now and then I'm looking forward to when my 2nd semester ends in the very beginning of May cuz I envision myself reading a lot again this coming summer, idk how much I'll read in this next semester bcuz I'm taking one of the highest level English courses lol
Reading a Dutch book about a woman who has been married to a loverboy for 12 years. I've been taking a lot of weeks / months now to finish it, but that's mostly because I don't have the concentration / focus to keep reading in 1 go.
We zijn ons brein ''We are our brain'' by Dick swaab. It's more a complication of parts he wrote about his research to our brains. Very interesting book.
