    AC is actually pretty trash and everyone knows it... he couldn’t guard dame for shit in game one - caught a lucky break when dame played like trash and messed up his finger game two.

    AD is the big carry here, 30 points in two quarters, averaging a little under a triple double.

    How am I salty? I’m joking tbf, I’m just speaking my opinion, I see dallas beating the clippers and I hate the lakers so I’m not gonna say they gonna win, Yeah Tatum is carrying but Kemba and brown still put good stats up, ok who’s that goat then?

    yes, he died and had a great legacy, but the goat imo is definitely mj. almost everything kobe had mj had better, including finishing, defense, athleticism, leadership, etc etc. kobe had 1 mvp to mjs 5, 5 chips compared to mjs 6 (he also didnt do the final 2 on his own, he had pau as a co star and several other good role players) and mjs defense was far superior


    clippers winning finals, if you see kawhi's pattern of playing 2x better in the playoffs you'll see why, pair that with good defense and another superstar and they should win.

    forgot they were in west tbh, kobe at 22 still had no experience, shaq was the reason they won that series. none of the mavs best players have experience in the playoffs that would compare

    Honestly, with the Lakers facing either Denver or the Clippers, I see the Lakers winning either way (especially since the clippers are struggling against Denver).
    As far as the East goes, I believe the Miami Heat will make the finals over the Celtics.

    In terms of a Lakers Heat matchup, that would be Lebron's fourth ring.

    To start, I'm loving the playoffs this year. From the Jazz Nuggets series to the Heat being sick, to the Thunder Rockets game 7 (SO many game 7's), it's just great.
    The Nuggets have an incredible storyline but idk if they have a chance at a chip. They seem like a team that, if they won this year, wouldn't be too shocking looking back. They've been solid for a good few years and have experience, and their core has been together longer than any other team left (other than maybe the Celtics?). They're the only team to be down 3-1 and force a game 7 in 2 consecutive series. If they win game 7 against the clips, shit, I might just have to bet on them to win the whole thing at that point.
    In the East, this is the first time since '69 (nice) that neither the 1 nor 2 seed made the conference finals (only happened twice before ever in the East, in '69 before the modern playoff format and in '51, before the NBA and ABA merger). Kinda nuts. I'm loving the Heat, and my heart says they win this in a hotly contested 6 or 7, but idk. The Celtics look scary.

    Anyway, final predictions.
    LeBron and AD look fantastic and their bench is actually doing crazy good, way better than expected. I'm going Lakers over Nuggets in 6, or over Clippers in 5. Clippers look exposed against the Nuggets and the Lakers look pumped and ready to fight. Lakers to finals.
    Celtics over Heat in 6, but it's gonna be close every single game. If Jimmy catches fire, Heat over Celtics in as few as 5.
    Finals, Lakers v Celtics, Lakers in 4, Celtics just don't really have a good answer for LeBron and AD, especially if LeBron decides to play his best defense. LeBron gets his 4th ring, AD yoinks finals MVP.

    Or, alternatively, Heat beat the Celtics 4-1, Nuggets beat Clips and then go down 3-1 to the lakers but win in 7, then go down 3-1 to the Heat only to win in 7, Jamal Murray averages 50 in the series and drops 69 in game 7, breaking MJ's record in the playoffs, and Bol Bol wins finals MVP. Yeah, that's my prediction. Fuck it.
