Also, for the love of God Wales is its own country lol. Its not a city in England. I swear every other country in the UK is treated as England soft underbelly or some shit

    • We drink way too much. This is backed up with real data and ~50% of the population can be confirmed that they are alcoholics.
    • We have dark personalities, uh oh. Not entirely true. I think it just comes from family trauma.
    • We're similar to Russians... not at all.
    • To a majority of the population outside of Latvia, we don't exist and it's just a cult. That's a secret I'll never tell.

There's hardly any negative stereotypes in Spain, but the good food and safe environment is all very true. I've lived here for 3 years and I have felt incredibly safe compared to the United States.
Regarding safety, yes, the police officers are attractive in Spain.
Spanish people are also very affectionate and when greeting anybody, it's pretty standard to give "Dos Besos" (two kisses) on the cheek, even if your lips never touch their face. It's the same when you're ending the interaction.
A lot of people are loud in Spain, but it's one of the more quiet Spanish speaking countries.
Regarding food, we eat dinner late (latest could be 1AM) and lunch is our biggest meal of the day to compensate.
Like the rest of Europe, soccer/football is the sport everyone plays.
