Prison Supply Crates Not Dropping

    Prison

    Sometimes the supply crates in the pvp arena dont drop at the usual times. A 12am EST and a 8pm EST both havent dropped when Ive been on. Maybe its an issue where a certain amount of people have to be on because both times, there were less than 3 people online.
