    What makes me happy is fantasising about how much better my life could be.
    Then realising it ain't ever gonna be as good as I want it to be.
    So then I am productive with my life, I work hard have fun and try to look after those I love as well as those in need (charity).

    Since this thread is still going on, I suppose I might as well post a serious answer.
    There are two things that make me happy, and that's writing stories and programming. That's it. I know that a lot of people have much more stuff they enjoy, and as is seen in this thread a lot of people enjoy similar things (e.g. music, food, lovers), but I think that happiness is one of the psychological concepts that shouldn't be affected due to conformity. Each person has their own things they enjoy; the fact that a lot of people enjoy music doesn't mean that you should go to concerts. Enjoy what you want.
