lmao kitpvp?!!

Aight fellas, listen up. This server's kit pvp gamemode went downhill ever since 2nd map. 3rd map is just garbage, thats number 1 reason why most of the good player left. Fix ur damn gamemode. Another issue, the cheaters. Turks have been cheating blatantly since day 1, not all if them though. It's really annoying to jump and fight a kid with 3 more blocks of reach than you. Staff takes 4 years to ban a b hopper but takes second to ban a legit player. Now bring back 1st map, WITH PUNCH 2 BOWS, i dont give a crap if 12 year olds cant bow boost. Its a major thing in kit, and taking it away will make players leave as well. Btw, i dont know what this server was thinking of, you have a garbage 1.8 server already, yet you make pot pvp, VANILLA pots, and add str. i didnt believe it the 1st time i heard of this when kit reset. Str with potpvp, and sharp 5 axes.. what a meme.

 

Well, I want to address each point here.

Many people have explained their opinion that map 3 is awful and some have reflected their opinions as to why. Why do you personally believe that this map isn't as good apart from hackers which isn't a problem always completely easily fixable and now boosting? What other suggestions do you have in mind?

As for hackers, I believe it is unfair to blame just Turkish players for hacking when I find just as many English speaking people hacking. There is no official statistic saying more Turkish people hack, well not one that has been released at least. From my experience as staff players moan we take too long to ban hackers but when I've timed it in the past and they complain it has literally only taken 2 minutes, it jut feels longer as it ruins a players experience a lot. As for legitimate players being banned, I've known of this happening a couple of times but this mainly happened due to the new anticheat which now has a lot less false positives from what I've heard meaning there are less false bans. Yes staff make mistakes as well but we're human, and we can't all be completely perfect.
Also I forgot to mention that there used to be 50+ staff and now there is just under 35 I believe. As well as school/work/jobs being more influential to people's time as well, it's hard to fulfil every single problem in-game and that's why we ask for people to report things on the forums, so we have longer to review it.
Some people may say to resolve this problem we should recruit more staff but the problem with recruiting too many at once is that in my opinion we need to be able to help each individual progress and so they know what they are doing. Promoting in waves is fine but promoting like 30 people at once isn't a possible option from how I see it.

As for bow boosting being removed, that is something that is actually a possible suggestion. I would recommend adding more suggestions to your post as well, as this is a better way to help improve kitpvp.

Meh, Its just ruined by the amount of new people that joined, Most of them are around 11 years old. They just get angry and start swearing alot etc. thats the reason why kitpvp went downhill. Maybe the map is also a reason, But you shouldn't give people that aren't good at speaking english the guilt in this discussion.

Oh and the server is stored in a databank in canada and Lone lives there so his ping is 0

 

'The turks' haven't been cheating the longest. There have been many English speaking players on long before many Turkish people were even introduced to this community.

Let me just address this by saying, it is not only the 11 year olds that get angry because of comments. Many people who I know are over the age of 16 retaliate, are toxic and start drama as well. Although this age group may contribute, no single age group contributes the most. I've found a lot of the older players to be more problematic as well as of recent as well as new players, so I don't think it's any group in particular to blame.

You are actually one of the problems what is happening on KitPvP.
I almost never see hackers, and they aren't Always "turks". Maybe in your case you come across someone with "TR" in their name. Also turkish people are actually really nice. You are just getting a bad feeling about them because their english isn't that well.

Most turks have incredible gamepc's so yeah. I think you are just a bad loser because there are less hackers on kitpvp.

 

My stance:

Good players - Most of the good players are in their teen years, so their probably out living their lives. They have better things to do other than play Minecraft.

Turkish cheaters - Are you kidding? Anybody from any country can hack on Minecraft (well, not every. some people don't have minecraft / computers at all). English, French, Spanish, Robloxian, Anybody!

Staff - Also, seriously? You know, there are other people who report. Also, they might be dealing with an argument or something.

Punch 2 Bows - OP as hell, and I can see clearly why they removed it.

1.8 - 1.7 is also OP as hell, and most servers now don't even accept 1.7 anyways.

Also, the concept of KitPvP is to kill people, earn emeralds, get stronger, kill more people, get more emeralds, get more stronger, to the point where you can't get any stronger.

That's my POV, correct me if I'm wrong

Another one of these threads ? I don't necessarily mean the content but the way you guys approach the topic is just awful. Nothing wrong with your suggestions on how to fix it, but it becomes toxic when you guys start insulting the game calling it a meme and so on. You do understand that you cant just magically make these things possible. People have to code it and the server has to do the best they can to please everyone. You come on here calling it a garbage 1.8 server yet the only thing I see making it garbage is your attitude. Please by all means log off no one is requiring you to log onto the server. Tons of other kitpvp maps go onto one of those

 

Acting like this ain't helping at all bud. So if there's op things like that well people has to earn this from playing and be good at the game compare to other networks. The staff team might be low in the moderator role so be it as the owners are working day in and out with seeing possible new helpers and later mods to sort out the hacker issue but there's always going to be hackers. That's how every network goes simply.

 

Yes I understand the point where you are coming from about the hackers, there are many hackers on kitpvp, most of them do get banned though considering other players and myself reporting them. Funny story, once there were like 4 hackers on right after each other and I got all 4 banned haha. And think about it, staff are busy on the server, they cannot always be handling your reports, they could be handling a harassment, griefing incident, chat, plot, and possibly another hacker report at the time you reported. I have had hackers get away because of this reason, but that is not something I can control. This is happening because like tence stated above, the decrease of staff members to help deal with these reports.

 

1. My complaint is the map literally sucks. No space at all. It was a huge let down.

2. Ofc, players hacking. Staff say that the anticheat bans a lot of hackers, but it does shit. It bans 99% more legit players than hackers :P

3. I think that the pot pvp is “ok” but it is safe to say that most of the people who stopped playing want gapple pvp back.

4. And strength with fucking god axes, what the hell is on with that?
