Yo im straight that mean I cant attend or whats the rule on that ?

What if im not pro nor against it just someone who wishes to observe
or in a different scenario what if I was to be gay but not pro lgbt am I still allows to attend

 

I don't know dude. If you're coming there to make a statement and piss people off, you're probably not allowed in. If you're going to participate and be a positive part of the event, you're probably allowed in.

I don't think this is a closed party, they just don't want assholes to ruin the event. That's not that much to ask for :P

I'm not trying to start hate here but I don't think it needs to be advertised that people are LGBT. They are who they are, and you can't change that. I understand and respect that. You don't need a label to define you and instead of being called "bi," you could just be called a person. It's cool to express yourselves, but do you really need to make a huge statement about a label? I'm saying this is great, but it isn't necessary. Also, this is Minecraft...

 

I personally have many people in my life who are gay/bi/lesbian/other but I agree with Bearington. It's a little unnecessary to do it here. Yes, it could make the community for accepting, but this is still Minecraft. People just wanna screw around with their friends or build something majestic or have an amazing time. I think that if you want to do something like this, then you should do it at your school/workplace. That would be a great place to make the community a better and happier place.

 

Oh no I'm sorry I read Stellerite's post wrong, I was just skimming through this last night and was really tired, so I though she was saying straight people couldn't attended the event because they weren't oppressed! Didn't realize she was talking about straight people having a completely seperate parade just for them. But I know the LGBT can experience oppression in their life and I'm really sorry for any hatred that your friends have experiences in the past/future, just because of who they are.

But I really hope I can come attend this, if my presence is not wanted then that's fine just let me know but I would love to show support for the LGBT+ community.

This is the 3rd time the community has done this to a totally peaceful thread (at least to mine).

Everyone can attend, no matter if you're straight. If you're going to be rude about it, don't see yourself getting a lot of attention.

Show up or don't. Your negative attitude(s) aren't appreciated. The people that are taking this thread seriously, the respectable people here, have seriously won my respect and should be praised.

Seriously, read the thread, the replies, everything, before you reply something that's unnecessary.

Nobody is requiring you to show up. Be happy with the event that's taking place, stop opposing against it. If you're going to be commenting about where it's taking place, the theme and all, find something else or host something else. I'm not stopping you, but it's seriously time to stop.

 

I think you're taking this way to personally. No one is being rude or anything. We're all just voicing our opinions, which aren't even disrespectful.
I've only seen goofy replies, and pretty respectful replies.
