    blink a lot before you sleep it really helps,
    don't think a lot especially about things that usually keep you up, maybe think of things that causes you to relax, I think about the beach and the ocean it makes me relaxed, listen to calm and gentle music, listen to any holy book. make sure to always keep your eyes closed for 7min and you will fall asleep.

    This is only one part to falling asleep each night. Plus, not everyone is a morning person.

    If you know how to manage your sleep schedule, sleeping should be very easy. Like you should never wake up late on a day that you have to go to sleep early. If that happens, doing a lot exercises/activities during that day will help you fall asleep. If you happen to go to bad late one night (say 1 am), it's best to ease your way into going to bed earlier each night before you can fall asleep at 10 PM (by going to bed an hour/1.5 hours earlier each night). If you try the next night at 10 PM, it will be very hard.

    Like during the week I have a day off sandwiched between 2 morning shifts ( I wake up around 4:50-5 AM those two days). The first work day, I could go to bed late since the next day I don't work, but that would not be smart. I would not go to bed at 10-10:30, but maybe 11:00-11:30 and wake up around 6:30-7 (Work is very tiring, so it's most likely I fall asleep before 11:30 anyways). Therefore, my sleep times have not shifted far off from what I need to be at for the next day.

    Second, get off the computer. If you go outside or hit the gym, sleep will come easier as well. Being active makes you have less energy when sleep time comes.

    Third, get a consistent amount of sleep. Don't get 4 hours one day, then 10 the next. After the 10 hour day, you may find it hard to go to sleep. If you have consistent sleep times, the body will be used to going to sleep at those times, and you will never have trouble. During school, I would go to bed at 10:30-11:00, and wake up at 6:30 every day (unless parties lol). Never had trouble because my body knew when it was time to go to sleep.

    Basically, just be smart and responsible with your sleep schedule and your body.

    I like to stay up really late, so that you get that thing where your tired but hyper, so your body gets all the hyperness out so that you get really tired and sleep within 2 minutes of laying down.

    go out few hours before your desired bed time, I usually go out around 10 and be back home at 12 but really it's your own preference. Do stuff during your little night adventure, walk around, dont just sit at one spot. when you come back home, dont check your phone or any electronic devices that could cause insomnia and just lay on your bed. Works for me every time

    Punch yourself in the face really hard until you're unconscious. Then you'll have a deep deep rest, possibly the best around. :D:D

    As someone who has a horrible sleeping schedule, I'll share my plan:

    KEY: After completion, move onto the next step if not yet asleep.
    Step 1: Wait 30-60 minutes
    Step 2: Move to a new location (usually couch)
    Step 3: Wait 30-60 minutes
    Step 4: Start doing something like watching television/reading until you are tired
    Step 5: Wait 30-60 minutes
    Step 6: Eat non-cold food/drink
    Step 7: Wait 15 minutes
    Step 8: Either do something like watching television/reading or wait 30-60 minutes
    Step 9: Wait 30-60 minutes
    Step 10: Be productive
