Onel de Guzman proposed something about stealing login details to provide free internet to those who are underpriveleged. Of course, it was denied. De Guzman wanted revenge, so he really did it as the ILOVEYOU virus. It spread globally and affected millions of computers, which cost billions of dollars in damage.

Nope. He's working in Microsoft or at the Pentagon (I don't know where exactly, since his location is unknown but he's still alive) because his skills are needed.
