(The store said to wait for 10 minutes.But I didn't get it after 10 minutes

 

Try re-logging into every server so your rank updates

 

Some times the ranks take a little more time to show up. Here is a good option for you to do.

1. To make sure the purchase has failed, and the rank has not been delivered, wait 2 to 3 days.

2. If you have not received it in the alotted time, you need to find your purchase "receipt", you could ask your parents for it, it could be an email, take a screenshot, or a code, but there should be one. Just grab any proof you can that signifies you have purchased.

3. Email a report/complaint to:
info@itsjerryandharry.com

About your rank, and attach with it the proof/code number, to show that you have payed for it, but have not received.

From then on, you wait until they respond.

Sometimes the ranks take time, but if they don't come in 3 days, it means it bugged out or failed.

If that happens, just follow my instructions and they will get your rank.
