[Peaceful] Kicked for Flying While Riding Boats?

In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Both Survivals
Detailed description of bug: So, I'm riding a boat, the boat breaks, or I break it myself. The second the boat is gone, my body is seen floating in midair. This is then counted as flying then I'm kicked from the server. Sorry, but I do not have screenshots.

 

This Happened To Me As Well.
I Would Be In A Boat Then A Chunk Would Not Load Right. Then I Will Start Falling Into The Void. After This I Would Just Stay There In The Void Doing Nothing. But Heres The Weird Part... As Soon As I Press Shift To Eject From The Boat I End Up Where I Started. Sometimes The Boat Would Even Crash And I Would Only Get Sticks And A Couple Of Pieces Of Wood Back.

I Don't Know Why This Happens. I Have Never Been Kicked For Flying Though.

 

1. Use Correct grammar, it annoys me. Don't use a big letter for every single word or the voice in my brain reading it will sound like a bot.(Grammar nazi)

2. Never happened to me.

 

This is a glitch on every server, so not a big deal.
