    I'm at a loss for words... you look like a completely different person! I remember hearing some stuff about how you've been working to lose weight, Dest, and I must say I'm very impressed and proud of you for how far you've come.

    I'm someone who's overweight and obvi would like to lose some of this excess mass. Do you have any advice?

    I can't really give much advice, since I got an operation to help me, but I try to hit the gym atleast 2x a week after work. Listening to music while working out may help you. Atleast it does for me. It also helps if you have someone with you who does it, rather than doing it alone.

    It's easier if you try to lose weight together. Also, don't try to completely stop with unhealthy / junk food, or else you can't keep it up. I limited myself to 1 unhealthy moment in the weekend. For example a small bag of chips or a small bar of chocolate.

    I hope this helps you a bit :)
