Why I got demoted...

I got demoted because of two reasons;
1) Multiple personality disorder
2) Anger issues.

1) I have two personalities, one good one bad, and it's if both are constantly fighting with one another. The good one trying to make everyone happy and be polite and make friends and the other is trying to destroy that and turns me into mean and heartless. Because of this, I was quite mean to people at points and it wasn't fair on them. I'm sorry to those people.

2) I have anger issues, I can't control my feelings for instance, Last Thursday I threw a chair at someone because they told me not to put my bag on their table when I wasn't even on their table and I got angry because of the way he shouted at me. So if someone annoyed me, I'd shoot back at them with anger, and again, it wasn't fair on them

I do go to therapy to try help it, and I try to fix myself but it hasn't worked. I want the people who I upset to know that I never meant any harm to them and for them to know that I want to prove I'm not a bad person :}

I repeatedly got angry and was rude to other staff members...

You shouldn't say you got demoted because of your multi personality disorder, you should say you were demoted because of actions caused by your multi personality disorder.

Not at all, the way you worded it you made it sound the server demoted you because you have a multi personality disorder, when in reality, according to you, you were demoted for what you did CAUSED by your multi personality disorder.

 

I don't think the wording of the reasons should be the emphasis of this topic.
But the fact that you're acknowledging what you have done wrong and have apologised for it.
Personally, that's what matters to me.

Personally, I've never seen you in action (I'm inactive af lol), so I couldn't give an opinion on how you've been doing. Although, I can say that it takes a lot to own up to mistakes, and that's very good.

I really wanted to try and help you because, you know what? I thought you had a great future, moving away from the "anger issues".

If there's one thing you shouldn't try and do from now on, is to constantly "dwell" on your demotion and to leave this all in the past, thus you'll come to great terms with most of, if not, all of the staff.
