Although Sumo builds aren't really given as much attention as other maps, this looks fantastic! Really rooting on this one's acception!

There is one thing though. Maybe try using different resource packs and changing you FOV back to normal. Also maybe shaders? Would be nice to see an appeal to it :)

Looks good, good luck on it getting accepted. Sumo maps get no love so be patient. The map looks great.

Love it, but try to be more creative at the stage part. How you placed the glowstones is pretty complicated, just try to add something a little bit there, like gravels, bedrocks, etc. And the roof part, add leaves and something else you can do to make it overdecorate. Also, the ender portal makes it odd, in my opinion, try to change it as library or something, there's something to do with enchant table. Other than that, good luck.

This map looks great, but there are already so many Sumo maps and not that many people play Sumo anymore... I wish more people played, it's actually fun..

 

If you get knocked off you fall into the lava and die.... normally you get knocked off and you'll just stay on the bottom and relax till the next game. Maybe move the lava to a different location (Because it looks very nice), and replace, where the lava is rn, with some sort of stone. This is my preference, it is totally up to you. You Dont Die in the lava Thats also why you dont die from fall damage i think J And h make it a safezone

 

Most sumo maps have a floor, and you're not knocked into a substance. Maybe place barriers above the lava so players don't fall in.

Even though they may not take damage, the screen you get when you're in lava isn't preferable.

 

Even though you can't take a damage inside a lava, I don't think it is the official rules from sumo. In my extra advise, place some colored glasses above the lava.

 

It doesn't have to be coloured glass tbh. I think it'll look fine with just plain normal glass. Although it depends on the person's texture pack.
