Note: I know, it's been suggested before, but It's left in the dust, I think. Don't waste my time and reply here putting the link of the thread, or you'll be reported.

    Okay..
So ever since then, there has been a lot of people getting annoyed on how people post the same thing over and over again.

    "Nice app!
    *gives tips*

    "Amazing App!
    *gives tips*"

    "Nice app. supported!!"

    Now, most of you say.
"We're trying to be helpful and give them feedback. It's important."

I'm not saying It's not helpful, It's just... well how should I put this, I don't want to be rude, I really don't, but It's just unnecessary.

It's the person's application, THEY should be the one fixing their application, not you.
    And feedback..

    It's not necessary at all.
    Most feedback i see:

    "Nice app!"

    "Original app!"

    "hope you get accepted"

    ^^^^^^
    Is that necessary?
    No, It really isn't.

It's none of your business, It's between the applicant and the player.

What if a staff member leaves a scenario in an app, but due to the replies, the member didn't notice?
    I see that happen.

Please, and I mean PLEASE give a reason why you disagree.

I hope I did not offend anyone, I'm just being %100 honest, not rude.

I agree, even though most players give good advice, it is the staff members who got accepted. They know what works. And if someone that is not a staff member still wants to give tips, they can just PM.

Maybe instead of eliminating the helpful tips given by people, we could report spammy comments like
Then they could just be deleted.

I agree because it is just almost spamming the application and you can give tips like you said if your going to do "Nice app" give a tip on what else you can add.

    For example-
    Nice app
Maybe more detail or even add some color.etc

You obviously didn't read what I said at the beginning of the post.
I said I know it's suggested, did you really need to say this?
Helpful tips given by multiple peoples throughout hundreds of applications.
And It'll just swarm the staff with more work, they're already busy on other things.
    Like the Creative takeover.

EDIT: Like @Ninjaman4646, you can easily PM the applicant, or post it on his profile.
There are many ways to communicate with the applicant, It's not like the 'Staff Applications' section is the only way.

Agreed I 100% agree with this, if someone needs someone's help on their application they're obviously not ready or good for staff. If they want input on their application they can have staff give some input on the application, because lately these "application drones" have been saying the same thing over and over again, just looking for free posts and to get more active. "Nice App Add Some Information" "Great App Add Some More Color" it's always the same message by the same people...

@Xadidax Whoops, your right. I didn't read it. Assumptions, they play a big part. But if it's left in the dust, there's probably a good reason why. I agree with your suggestion like I did with the other variants for the same obvious reasons. Just a BTW, y not bold, underline, or give "note" some standout features. It would be helpful to distinguish it.

    Disagreed.
We can just report the spammy comments that say "nice app!" "support!" and leave the helpful comments alone.

You can communicate with the applicant in different ways.
PM, Profile, Ingame, skype, or anything else.

And there are many spammy comments throughout loads of apps, and it will swarm the staff with more works.
They ALREADY have more things to do.
Creative takeover, New rules, Guidelines, Community experiment, etc ..

Disagree, Players are supposed to give nice advise on the Application. But if you don't get warnings not to... so I don't see the problem.

Yes, but eventually it's going to get spammed up if it gets popular enough. Once it starts, it's hard to get it stopped. Plus, there's only about 1-2 staff applications PER DAY. It's not going to be that much more work. The guidelines have already been made, and the new rules are the guidelines basically.

    That's the point.

They put the SAME ADVICE in every single application.
    It's unnecessary.

No point in it... They are helping I don't see a problem. But if it does get spammy with the same thing just get a staff involved, that is there job.

I completely agree. Other players may view and like applications, but may not respond.
I did write this suggestion the other day, but it quickly sank to the bottom of the page!

I'm pretty new to this place, I don't post much, I only read. I saw the "staff application" section and I was a bit...skeptical, but hey, I'm a guest here, I'm not going to tell you how to decorate your house. So, I opened up a few applications and there were either "nice app" kind of posts or "advice" posts.
I think they are pretty unnecessary and "advice" kind of posts should be frowned upon. It's simple, it's not your application, it's theirs, and you should keep your advice to yourself. If they are unable to create a good application, what exactly entitles them for a staff position? If they are unable to create a good application, what exactly guarantees they will be able to handle duties assigned to them? Also, "good tips" are subjective, what works in one application, might not work in others. I find it pretty silly that you can apply for a staff, but since it's there, I think person who applies should receive no help whatsoever. If you apply for a job, you are on your own, they need to know you are capable of keeping up with your responsibilities.
Agreed (is that how it goes around here?)
