Spawner Bug - Factions

    In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Factions

    Detailed description of bug: My friend just bought a pig spawner in the Factions. But as she placed the spawner, the mob won't spawn. The place where she placed it is inside a 9x9 cobble blocks in the center in the ground. Her base is up the sky. Outside the cobble, there is a water around it. Oh yeah and just beside the cobbles, there is the border. Is it a bug or..?

    There needs to be grass around the spawner, I believe
