If I'm being honest you're doing alright. You could improve on your behavior, but then again we all could including myself.
For example I to tend to act like an idiot in discord and such but on the server when someone needs me I clean up my act and show professionalism and maturity because as a staff member I represent the server in a way, so you have to be careful what you say in public(and sometimes friend) chat.

Other than that you're doing fine, it's not about stacking up warnings/bans you're just a regular player who happens to have the ability to help along the way as you play on the server.

Also as you've been a staff member for a while it can get somewhat annoying with all the haters but just remember why you applied in the first place and stick to that goal. G'luck
