Slime chunks seem none existent, Admin help please. (Owner, if possible.)

I've been searching far and wide, mining 40+ separate chunks out to find a single Slime chunk to start a slime farm... to no avail..

I've been experiencing some issues with your Hardcore Factions server lately.

Problem!
I'm in need of Slimes, and a large amount of them for slime blocks!
The market is a whopping 32$ PER slime that I have to buy 1 At a bloody time!
I did the math.. Every second I can buy 2-3 if I'm lucky with the ping (100+)
Which is immensely tedious.
(Same with Tnt, Obsidian and other items!)

But that isn't why I'm posting this today.
Why am I?
Because I can't find a slime chunk when I've mined out 40+ Different chunks.

Yes. I have made sure that it was lit with a Jack o' lantern.

And yes, It is indeed below -40 blocks.

Of course, I made sure there weren't any caves as I've mined well over 200+ blocks in a couple directions for these chunks!

So there are No hostile mobs prohibiting their spawn algorithm

So this begged my question for someone who knows the plugins, and possible spawn customization's for certain mobs.

Am I just getting extremely unlucky? Or is there a plugin interfering with the normal spawn rates of these Slime Chunks that seem none existent?
Please let me know so I can stop wasting hours pouring into this pointless project.

I find this interesting, well the stupid question first is, are you in a swamp? As for a better answer this seems like probably the worst luck I've ever seen, I would suggest a new area. Also, Maybe move this to help? Staff would be able to help better.

 

Actually it gets worse, I built a beacon, got haste II with me and mined another 20 chunks in a completely different location!

Stupid question, not really! But slimes spawn less in swamps, being ONLY at nights, which is still low, and their spawn rates improve over a full moon, but thats every 2 hours!

Slime chunks are a constant spawn regardless.

So this is getting to be ridiculous.

I need to know if slime spawn rates were tampered with please?

Yes I think I have but it was someone's farm
