[Skyblock] Spawners do not add levels.

Detailed description of bug:
It's very simple, spawners do not give levels for placing them, much like how a Diamond block would.

It seems reasonable and favorable for Spawners to count toward Island levels, and should all have unique level stats,

Example:

Iron Golem: 100
Blaze: 80
Creeper: 70
Rabbit: 15
Cow: 15
Sheep: 15

ETC, you get the idea, obviously don't follow that set but that's the idea that should be strived for.

I feel this was a mistake, and if it isn't it should be added!
