I see. Your opinion is No, but you won't vote to keep it unbiased. Lol Anyways, there is no point in bows being added. It just will ruin the game because people will get killed from far away and it ruins the point of the monsters spawning if you can kill them without them being anywhere near you.
Also to add on to this, if you get into the right spot you will be able to snipe people without getting attacked by guards. It would be OP
Yeah, Like iHurted said, killing people with it would be OP if it ever gets added hopefully only for mobs, (It would be useful for blazes and also should be found in crate (infinity 1 and arrows also in crate) or infinity 1 found in crate and you buy the bow and arrows with diamond, or emerald, or obsidian blocks.)
