    A lot of people also post things they made irl or on youtube and are not server related, so I guess it doesn't have to be server related.

    I wasn't sure as it used to be a rule that they had to be server-related.

    Yes non-server related creations are allowed. Just make sure it doesn't promote another Minecraft server like, something which would encourage people here to go to other servers.
