Lets just admire our staff for a minute.

IJAHS staff.

Lets just take a few minutes to admire our staff. They have been working extra hard to make iJAH a great server and some people take hate on it. So thats why I think we should just pause our youtube videos, stop photoshopping, and just admire the staff.

And I think today, January 19th should be a special day for staff. We shall call it,

Staff Day - Where we stop and just hug our staff for a few minutes. And also owners and admins etc.

can we also please admire the players too? we stick around even when the server is at it's worst, lots of us have donated, we're loyal and we deserve some credit too. i feel like the members of ijah are always left out, are we simply just people behind a screen (well we're but that's not the point) without any of us, this server would be simply nothing

Yes, appreciating staff is a good thing, but really, we should have a "staff day?" Where's a "players day?" I mean we are the ones who all play on the server and help keep it up by donating. But, I do like the appreciation part just not the "staff day" part.

Good point but its STAFF DAY, meaning the staff/admins/owners/etc get credit. Not the players.

Plus, I don't think staff should get their own day. They are just like normal players and they shouldn't have their own day just because they have an extra tag. I will appreciate them and what they do, but I don't think having a day dedicated to staff is necessary or needed. Just my opinion, you don't have to agree with me.

 

I will not agree but thank you for bringing it up. But staff make this server better. They code a lot and make new stuff for the server to play on.

 

Most staff don't code and make new things for the server. Only Admins and up do stuff like that. Helpers, Mods, and Mod+'s don't do that. And not to cause drama, but you are acting like staff have never caused trouble and we all know staff have caused some issues in the past. I mean, most people on here have caused trouble, so why would staff not cause issues too?

They are good helpers and I didn't "win" I also agree with your points too. Also, I edited the post I made earlier. Some staff do build new things for the server, but as far as I know, only the Owners code for the server.

just saying, players also help by reporting, donating ( like joseph said ) and keeping this server alive because if we didn't play on this server there would be no staff.
