Keep getting kicked for flying

Detailed description of bug: Keep getting kicked whenever I log into factions because im stuck in a block and keep bobbing up and down.

I also tryed to use my daimond axe with efficiency 4 but it dissapeared when I tryed to use it

I got myself out with a /home somehow however my efficiency 4 axe is still gone

 

I don't think they can do much to fix this. This happens on other servers too. I've experienced this when I've been next to or top of blocks that aren't full blocks (fences, slabs). Not sure though if that causes the problem but that's what usually happens to me. Also, try using version 1.8 if you're not already. Some blocks like glass panes and iron bars work differently in the newer versions and you can get stuck very easily.
