Is there a problem with the Minigames tab?

Detailed description of bug: When a regular (signed out or non-permed) player goes to http://itsjerryandharry.com/forums/minigames.42/ there is a part on the bottom that looks like another section or category, or it's just out of place. Not sure if this is a bug, but here is a screenshot:

 

This is just because it's still counted as a "parent section", just with thread creation disabled.
It's only there to house the various sub forums for the minigames.
