Does anyone know which island contains what, so I know which one to buy?

 

You can see what the island contains while viewing the package on the store.
Feel free to check out which one you'd want with the images that the store provides.

Edit: Is there a post on what ores are on the island aswell or no?

 

You can see the ores by going to the skyblock spawn, there are representations of islands around main spawn. The only islands that have ores hidden inside are VIP, Legend and Herobrine (correct me if I'm wrong) which has diamond ores.
