ps i had anemia for years when i was younger because of another medical condition i had prior but i overcame it by eating tons of iron, idk if you know to do that or not but heres some foods that may help Spoiler: i don’t know if this works https://www.google.com/search?clien...0.1755.3..41j0i67k1j0i22i30k1.334.0UwQ28R86og as far as goals, i haven’t really set them out b/c i know i have more than this but anyways i want to maintain my grades as they are now because im doing pretty damn good afaik succeed in basketball be less reckless and think more clearly look more into the colleges i’d like to attend although i already have an idea of which one i want to apply for, although its in a bad county and is pretty dangerous to live in be more forward about my feelings and stop holding things in go to a frank ocean/bruno mars/post malone concert although i have no idea if frank is going on tour and bruno already passed my area travel a lot more, i’d really love to go to california, denver, florida, oregon, and virginia grow my hair out to be longer be mentally and physically happy with myself and yeah lol
TRUST ME i know the struggle wtf. my mom makes me eat those shits all the damn time. and i take iron supplements every day and have for so many years it so frustrating. not really sure how to overcome it. it's genetic but im not sure if it's even something you can overcome. but if you did then i can only hope.
you can only be hopeful !! don’t think you won’t because it’ll only feel worse, i suggest talking to your doctor about possibly overcoming it (if you havent already). i had anemia from having lymes disease when i was younger, so if yours is genetic its a whole different story. it affected how i played in sports i.e. i got tired a lot easier just doing an hour of exercise. take it easy and feel better though <3
