In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Sky Block

Detailed description of bug: I was having a really bad lag spike while running around my sky block island, then my player rubber-banded and i just got timed out. now every time i open the server i get the message "Flying is not enable on this server" I'm pretty new to the server, learning about it from a friend, but i've found it really well made and am happy with what little progress i have. if there's any way to fix this i hope it won't be too much of a trouble. (i tried moving to 1.8 and the same thing occurred)
