Enchantment table scam

Detailed description of bug:
Whenever I go to enchant some gear in kitpvp, if I hover over to see what I will get.
if it shows I will be getting protection 4, I enchant the item and get protection 3, or no protection at all :/
this is really annoying and happens alot for me.

 

That's basic minecraft enchantment system, if I'm not wrong. It only shows the chances of gathering enchantment. It's not fully correct though it's hard for fix a basic system if that's correct what I said above.

 

Protection 4 enchantments are blocked on the server, so that could be why.

Yes it is the maximum enchantent for the protection enchant.

 

Pretty sure you can get p4 on all armor except for diamond. Diamonds highest protection level is 3, so when you enchant it will only go to prot 3
