I have a Suggestion for a command that can be usefull:
    An Ignore command like /Ignore.

For me it would be a great command for people that are annoying you in chat so you can just ignore them.
I see many servers with this command and its very usefull.

I really hope that the server can use this command it would be great.

I'm sorry but I'll have to disagree with this suggestion.
/ignore will just hide the problem rather than solve it. Lets say that the person that is bothering you is rule breaking. People will just do /ignore instead of reporting them which leads to the rule breaker getting punished. What can this lead to? Them thinking it is okay to bother people since they are never getting punished since the user keeps doing /ignore.

If it is that much of a issue, you just report the rule breaker. Maybe getting a verbal-warning or a warning from staff can let them know that is is not okay to do whatever they are doing. Thus solving the problem. If they don't stop after you reported them, then keep reporting. They will keep getting more warns which will lead to more warns/mutes. However based on what a staff member said on another post, most people take a hint after a couple warnings.

Long story short, /ignore just covers the problem(letting the rule breaking get away), rather then actually solving it.
Sorry but disagree, have a great day though! :)

I'm not exactly sure about your suggestion, as it has it's upsides and downsides. The ignore command would be useful if you're seeing messages in chat you prefer not to see, but said messages aren't reportable or harmful etcetera. In addition, this will make it easier for players to continue playing without any problems. However, I'd say the main issue is that this will discourage players from reporting offensive behavior. This being said, I'm not exactly sure what to say to this one - so I'm just going to go ahead and say "undecided".

    I agree.

But players should first report the player THEN use /ignore.

I see why you Disagree but remember that you can't report everything. If someone keeps bothering you with stuff that you can't report /Ignore can be very usefull.

That's why you report it on the forums and staff deal with it eventually.

But they mostly aren't there to do it in like 1 min and the guy keeps spamming. It takes time before staff comes and deals with it.

Every server has an Anti-Spam plugin (comes in essencials) which eventually kicks the player for spamming and honestly, his spamming doesn't affect you in any way. Like said above, just report it and wait for staff to take care of it, they aren't robots and they can't take care of everything immediately.

Although this could be good (with its faults), this has been suggested many times before.
