About 8 hours ago, I had the wonderful experience of randomly blacking out. I got up from my couch rather quickly and began immediately walking to my kitchen to put away things, but halfway through my kitchen, I lost consciousness and collapsed onto the floor. I hit my head on the island counter splitting my lip and scraping my upper chest, before hitting the floor. Somehow I caused a white ceramic bowl to shatter on the floor next to me sending sharp shards everywhere. As soon as I heard the bowl shatter, though, I snapped back to consciousness, and scrambled to my feet. Somehow I avoided cutting my bare feet with the shards even though I couldn't see myself getting up. I was fine other than the cuts and bruises.

Does anyone know why me randomly blacking out could have happened?

Or, has this happened to anyone else?

When you stand up too fast, you can sometimes experience loss of blood flow to the brain.

You could be just hungry. If you are hungry and haven't ate for too long, your organs start fucking up and you collapse and possibly die from starvation

Being hungry doesn't cause you to black out or cause your organs to "start fucking up."

Being hungry can cause low blood sugar
    which can cause fainting....
My grandma was diabetic and fainted often...

I went to a doctor about an hour after the incident. They checked my blood sugar, blood pressure, O2 saturation, and the electric pulses that my heart experienced.

Blood sugar was not an issue, and less blood flow to the brain would mean less oxygen, but my O2 saturation was fine. (98-100%)

However, in that last test, they found that I had a "Right bundle branch blockage" which had something to do with a section of the heart not getting an electrical pulse or something. Doc said it shouldn't have caused something like this to happen.

Minor Heart attack? Try maintaining a healthy diet, don't eat too much cholesterol, fat, or sodium. It can cause instability in your blood pressure and build up fat on your cardiac muscles which causes your arteries to get clogged or slow down the blood flow.

I get dizzy when I stand up, but that's just from getting up to fast. Never experienced this problem before, even though I'm still young.

I mean, I had a light breakfast and a ton of potato chips as a substitute for lunch with little to drink. I also spent roughly 2 1/2 hours in the pool swimming, which could have dehydrated me. I also tried 5 or 6 times to see how long I could hold my breath underwater. Longest I got was a full 60 seconds btw ;)

No but really, dehydration leads to weakness.
    Water makes your body function.

Make sure you get plenty of water every day.

*yadda yadda this is what doctors always say yadda yadda*

If u are very sleepy, you fall asleep for 5-10 seconds and usually you don't notice
