They're up, but a lot of people (including myself) are getting either Timeout or ReadTimeoutException (the same thing, depends your version).

The only thing we can really do is wait for it to be fixed (if it is indeed a server issue).

 

If you click on server store, is it saying 8 people online, it's been like 5-8 people online for the last 20 min.

 

The server has been "down" for me the past 2 hours. Any idea when it will be fixed? ~creeperking678

and if we need to wait for J&H to fix it, then I guess no one can play until 2-3 hours later

I've also tried using VPN to log in from somewhere else, didn't work.

Was waiting for someone to make a thread about this, and if they didn't within another half hour, I would have posted a thread of my own.

 

Might aswell make your own. Just to get peoples attention about it :/

 

If this is indeed a server issue ( I'm out station so I am not sure ), please wait patiently for the server to be fixed. As for now while waiting, try playing something else that keeps you busy. Sorry for the inconvenient.

 

Wish the server wasn't down I want to play Survival :/

No one is ddosing, the staff are all on. It's simply because the staff are patching bugs and/or adding new things to the server and they don't want players online while they do so...Or it could just be glitched... Either way, hope it comes back soon

Well, not really. Even some of us has problem login into the server. As I said, this could be a server issue. So please wait patiently for the server to be fixed.

 

I haven't been able to access the server since it restarted at 10am. That was 4 hours ago now. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon.

 

I've been waiting patiently for 5 hours I want answers.

why was my post wrongfully deleted? It's not my fault your server cant handle more than 5 players at a time and wont function right

VPN's aren't allowed on the server, just wait until the server is back up in running, no need to break the rules.

 

noooo i can't log in. This sucks. well hopefully it works when I get back from school (LAST DAY OF SCHOOL lol)

 

I thought it might've been the massive influx of players trying to log in at the same time after restart. Might've caused the server to bug a little.
It could also be that they're changing and fixing things in the server.
But yeah, it's been down for me since restart.
The number of players showing active in the server keep fluctuating.
