I'm doing the same. Something that helps for me: Only take bad snacks in the weekends. I used to eat chips, chocolate and cookies literally every evening. Now I've changed that to the weekends and only sometimes 1 or 2 times in the evenings on monday till friday. It's really difficult to maintain it if you don't eat any bad snack at all. It's okay to eat bad snacks if you limit the amount of times of eating them.

I started to walk rounds around the school every break during schooldays to exercise a bit and I swim 1-2 times per week for 45 minutes. If you have struggle with this, you can try to start small. Walk for 5-15 minutes to start and build it up slowly. Another tip is to do this with others. It's really difficult to maintain this if you do it alone.

I walk around school with friends and swim with family, because it's more fun to do if you are with more people. I hope this helps you a bit. You can PM me if you want more advice. :)

Get the same disease I have (If you really want to, diets DO work if you correctly stick to them. It's just what happens AFTER the diet that changes)

Sports!! It's getting warm, so try things like football (soccer), basketball on courts outside, and swimming. My fav is football tho, but if you want something intense, it's going to be basketball.

So maybe you might want to consider going to gym and using one, or if you have the cash, buy your own

I gained a lot of weight in early 2016 because I drank too much soda and sugary drinks.

I couldn't quit so I just stopped buying it. Since it wasn't available to me I couldn't get it and eventually lost my craving for it.

Try making it so that you actually can't have access to unhealthy foods and drinks if you don't think you have enough discipline to quit.

    Good luck!

Also, I usually walk (and sometimes jog) about 11 miles a day to get some fresh air. I suggest getting a watch or some sort of app on your phone that counts your steps or records your overall psychical activity. Seeing digits makes me motivated, but I'm not sure about your opinion.
