I'm doing the same. Something that helps for me: Only take bad snacks in the weekends. I used to eat chips, chocolate and cookies literally every evening. Now I've changed that to the weekends and only sometimes 1 or 2 times in the evenings on monday till friday. It's really difficult to maintain it if you don't eat any bad snack at all. It's okay to eat bad snacks if you limit the amount of times of eating them.
I started to walk rounds around the school every break during schooldays to exercise a bit and I swim 1-2 times per week for 45 minutes. If you have struggle with this, you can try to start small. Walk for 5-15 minutes to start and build it up slowly. Another tip is to do this with others. It's really difficult to maintain this if you do it alone.
I walk around school with friends and swim with family, because it's more fun to do if you are with more people. I hope this helps you a bit. You can PM me if you want more advice. :)
Sports!! It's getting warm, so try things like football (soccer), basketball on courts outside, and swimming. My fav is football tho, but if you want something intense, it's going to be basketball.
Also, I usually walk (and sometimes jog) about 11 miles a day to get some fresh air. I suggest getting a watch or some sort of app on your phone that counts your steps or records your overall psychical activity. Seeing digits makes me motivated, but I'm not sure about your opinion.
