If you want your friend unbanned, make an appeal. We (Jerry and I) have explained it enough.

If you see someone breaking the rules, make a report and they will get punished for it. I admit that we need a lot more in-game staff right now as it is an issue, but just because other people are misbehaving doesn't mean your buddy should do it as well. And this is the forums not the server, things are handled differently here.

I don't think if you swear on the forums is a straight ban. Verbal warnings SHOULD come first, then warning and then bans. I used to swear in both server and forums (which now I stopped) and I only got warned for it, neither a verbal one nor a ban. I hope your friend is patient >.>

And I don't think that swearing once created drama and it leads to a ban. Drama is something a lot bigger than swearing. However it IS drama if you say it directly to severeal people or spam it (correct me if I'm wrong).
