Well, I was playing back when mineplex had 30k every moment. I was playing back when J&H had 1k every moment. I stopped for like 2 yrs, and now I'm playing again (Minecraft is dying)
Ah, the good times. Creative communities didn't consist of cancerous memes SG Was multiple lobbies Player disguise RP's and Skin Contests All of the games were popular BRING BACK THE GOOD OL DAYS
Welp I mean They should add more MMo games in to the server Something like anime ;D cause boy Who doesn't wanna get the best in that :D
Do you know what mass destruction that'll cause? Anime + A community thriving off of memes= You know where this is going, lol
^ Example of a person who grew out of it. I come back here and there and right now planning to play Minecraft again. To see if I regain my love for it. also, hi ST3PMAN. Remember me?
Smh The mini games don't really seem dead to me... Not sure where your getting that information. Although on the forums a couple mini games are dead. So overall I'd say your probably just not on when most players are, who knows ;)
The server was at it's peak in 2014 as stated by @Serayne. This was also when I was first introduced to the server and back then there was about 1,200 players on the server at a daily basis playing the "unique" games like MineFighters and Sumo these games always were trendy in the server back in 2014 and hundreds of players played those games. Also the hub was a great place for players to gather because it was small and a lot of players hung out there and chatted. Also @MrDeathWilliam use to be at the hub a lot ago so you can get a picture with him and sometimes he was not ago and you could hang out and say hi to him in chat and he would usually respond which gave joy to a lot of players. In conclusion the server was most at its peak when the "unique" games were more popular and when the server was newer also when MrDeathWilliam and other staff hung out with players and when they were more active on the server to help tend to the thousand players online.
the *probably* best thing I can remember was Build It being PACKED with players, but that's a foggy memory, I am not even sure if it's real.
The thing is, all of us talk about the good times. But no matter your opinion it won't change what has happened. I see so many old players saying on the forums that the server is dead with too many 'new people'. Well, why don't the older players rejoin and 'populate' the server as it was again?
You seem to not be on at all, really. The server is small compared to a long time ago. There's only maybe 150 people on Creative, Sumo is really inactive, and so are a lot of the other games. The only games that are active are Creative, Skyblock, Kitpvp, Factions, and that's about it.
I personally believe that games are rarely being added/games that need a reset aren't getting one. Thus, players are loosing interest in this server.
When was the last time we saw a advertisement of the server? If there's no ads the server will slowly die out.
