ok yo how is agender a gender even though it means there is no gender then isn't agender kind of a gender so agender doesn't mean no gender because since agender is a gender then there can be no gender so therefore agender is a paradox or something because it means no gender but however there is a gender which is agender so is agender even a gender or is it just a sandwich.

i've also got friends whom are agender outside of here and that are super down to earth people.

We have male and female genders. If you feel more feminine than masculine as a male then well you're a feminine guy not a girl.
Unless you are actually transitioning you can't be a gender you're not.
Gender is used to help determine many things.
How doctors treat you (they look for things based on your gender, so saying you aren't a gender or the opposite one isn't going to help but rather hinder your process), country statistics, identity.
To show an ID which conflicts one piece of information will result in it being denied if not confiscated.

Call yourself whatever you want within your friends, but don't mix it in with the important things.

I haven't done anything to physically transition so that means I'm not Male. Also my multiple doctors treat me like a male, my therapist treats me as male. I guess me being afab and feeling androgynous just means I'm a tomboy. Also if there are any trans people (gender fluid, non binary trans/binary trans, etc) people on the forums, please know that you're valid and loved.
Plus there are 3 sexes. male, female and Intersex.
