DWG's Absence

So DWG deleted a special folder on his computer (he deleted system 32/windows xD) that made everything reset and now he has nothing on his computer. A couple people persuaded him to delete this folder and now his whole computer reset itself. It's pretty much like a new computer. He may not be back for a long time. He asked me to write him this thread, because he has no way of talking on the forums cause it acts up on his phone. Any comments on this thread will be kik'd to him. Thanks.

 

So does he have to buy mine craft again or...

Who would convince him to delete system 32?
I mean, who falls for that? And whoever does that is honestly really cruel anyway, it's a really mean thing to do to beguile someone into wiping their computer.

Well he fell for it, since he didn't know what "system 32" was and they told him it would reduce lag. It was kinda mean, but it's already done :/

 

No he doesn't. If you bought MC on your account you can play it on any computer.

Anyway, I was surprised someone like him could fall for that. It should be fairly obvious that a folder called system32 would contain important stuff. This makes me facehoofpalm 9000x.

system32. Oh wow theres no way this can be restored. All he can do is windowsdisc and wipe all. Attempting to restore this makes no sense since literaly everything including drivers to boot is in sys32 and WOW64 on xp and 7 :/

not worth it to restore your toaster. ask for a new one from your parents. make it wind. 7 and you'll be running like usain bolt. (how ever you spell his first name)

Who the hell doesn't know what System32 is?

If it has the word "System" and numbers, and a lot of files that contain "Windows", you probably shouldn't touch it.


Then again, it'll convince your parents to let you get a new computer.
