The warning people were warned for was a special warning we developed for this time type of issue, but such warning no longer exists.

There is another issue to this rule being abolished, though. Harassment, discrimination, and other types of verbal abuse can and will occur within other languages. Lets say someone reports some sort of harassment, but it is in a language nobody from the staff team knows or is familiar with. What happens then?

They can try to translate it via google translate or by theirselfs. For example: I understand Turkish fluent and can translate it easily. If for example a non-Turkish person doesn't understand the language they can use google translate, screenshot it, and post it.

True true, but I know a lot of languages in which people can get creative with words- such as Serbian. There may be cases in which certain combinations of phrases may not have a direct translation, or make 'sense' to people who don't necessarily speak that language well.

I agree with this. It would be wise for the staff team to gain multilingual staff members in order to prevent something like this - especially one that is fluent in Turkish.

It's not easy finding somebody who speaks fluent Turkish and fluent English (most applications by Turkish players have broken English), much less are a good candidate for staff. We know it would be nice, but it's unlikely it'll happen.
Even if somebody is fluent in Turkish from having learned the language, most terms used when being inappropriate, harassing people, or whatever else you can do are not the type of thing you learn when you learn a language, so the person would have to be very fluent in both Turkish and English, which, from what I and many other staff members have seen, nobody on the server is.

Oh, I don't deny that it would be rather difficult. I mean, a server that's been predominantly English for so long would be hard-pressed to get multilingual members.
What could be an interesting idea is adding a "Fluent in:" section on the application, or something along those lines. That way, staff members could be selected based on their known languages as well, further narrowing down candidates. That's just a random idea, though.

There are people who speak different languages too, not just European ones x:
What about the many Asian languages? Don't get me wrong, I mention these because I am fluent in Mandarin, but even so there are hundreds of other languages.

Although it is going to be a bit of a hassle, we can always ask players who can speak those fluent languages then you can always countercheck it with the reliable Google Translate. But seriously though, although Google Translate may not be the most efficient translator you'll ever find (lol its far), you can at least translate things word for word and if its somewhat similar to what the translator (player) said, its a safe assurance. They can always make a warn-appeal anyway. Also, you don't really see too many languages aside from Turkish being spoken in chat so it isn't going to be that much of a problem.

If you're referring towards the Asian languages, we have a few Staff such as myself who can speak some of these languages.
