Can no longer break blocks if it's not in your terittory

    Where it happened: Factions

    Detailed Description of the bug: Ever since they've modified Factions, you can no longer explode things if it's in other people's claims. In other words, Creeper Eggs and TNT isn't working properly.

    Well there is a new /f flag that makes it so if no one is online from that faction their blocks can't be broken. But yes its quite weird.

    What in saying is /f flag is things that sort of regulate your faction. Like it makes it so monsters can spawn or you can't be raised while not online.
