[Skyblock 2] Mobspawning issue.

My IGN: Green_Death13
Server: Skyblock 2, maybe 1 and 3 not sure.
Detail: From about 9:00 EST to 4:00 EST (or the server restart) no mobs will spawn, I have a dark room mobspawner and no mobs will spawn in there and fall. Not sure if its because of the mob cap due to an AFK player or if its because of server having issues but I figured you should know about it, maybe you guys know about it, I'm not sure i just figured I should bring it to your attention.

Did you change what the spawner was spawning? Because it automatically spawns pigs. Also, if it was spawning aggressive mobs then it should have worked, but if it was spawning passive mobs it needs light to make them spawn.

 

Also, are you sure that that chunk/island isn't set on Mushroom Island?

 

No i dont mean cage spawner i mean actual mob spawns, like due to dark areas.

 

Make sure you have some land on the bottom, if it's all water/ a giant open area, mobs will not spawn.

 

As i said the issue only occures from 9:00 to 4:00 EST not all the time and im not the only one to experience this happening.
