Hey guys im really good at drawing also on my computer i can draw but its not that effecient im making a picture for my account on its jerry and harry online website can someone give me a good art app for my computer so my drawings are easier(drawings are never easier but i mean like different pens and all that) i really need one and ill make some for you guys if you wish! Please write some good art apps for computers down! THANKS GUYS!

When you mean by animate, do you mean by .gif ? If yes, I don't think it'll work, the .gif animation.
