Well, Long time no see JerryAndHarry Server :D I decided to donate The Herobrine Rank but guess what? I waited almost longer than an hour and the rank is still not here! If you think this is a joke, plz get out. But this is serious. I do not want $15 gone for nothing. This might be a bug. Please fix. Thank you.

 

It might take a while, when i bought that rank i had to wait 3/4 hours

Please dont make title "Wat" its annoying and repetitive something like "Donation Problems" would suit this situation well.

Before you buy, at the donation site is a contact email for any questions you may receive

If you have a problem with your donations email info@itsjerryandharry.com once again.

If you email them they will gladly help you. Sometimes paymentwall (The Donation System) Refunds purchases as fraud. Maybe that is what happened because it says on the donation website, https://itsjerryandharry.buycraft.net/category/11775, that you still have the Hero rank. I think you will either need to re-donate or contact the email. :)

 

I wouldn't re-donate until you get information about what happened. Just in case they donate twice.

 

If it's been this long it wouldn't have taken there money... It's happened to me a few times. @masterhand219 did you get any notification like an email saying that your payment was refunded or what? It shows you have not donated for the Herobrine rank on the donation store shown by this screenshot.

Also you used QUOTES wrong just saying. You press "Reply" than comment UNDER or ABOVE the quotes not in them :D

 

U need to wait for 5 min or 10. If ur rank dont come, check out ur payment. So check it if ur payment was blocked like mine

 

Payments can be put on hold due to things on your payment information that look like fraud. Listen to others and send J&H an email with an attached receipt from the purchase. The payment will go through if it is valid.
