Hey guys, as the title says, I’m looking for recommendations. My Razer Blackwidow Chroma which I bought back in 2015 is starting to fail me.

I’m open to any brand, I’m not looking for much aside from the fact that it has rgb lights and that it’s mechanical. No price budget, I’m willing to spend a ton of money for a keyboard which will last.

    Thanks in advance.

I suggest buying the Corsair K95 RGB Platinum.
This is the keyboard I use at the moment and it has not failed me yet.

Pros: It has smooth, responsive keys, it looks very beautiful, and it is easy to customize. I don't see many keyboards out there that can top this one.

Cons: No audio jack, and expensive (but you don't have a budget so it shouldn't be much of a problem for you)

Price: $168.99 on Amazon (you may be able to find better prices if you research)

I use the Logitech Pro Keyboard.
I've had the keyboard for awhile now, and it's been very good.
It's extremely responsive, easy to customize with the Logitech Utility Software. It's very nice for the price that it is.
The difference with this one and most keyboards is that it's a lot shorter. It does not have the Num Pad, but it reduces the amount of space on the desk. Only reason why I like it over other keyboards.

If you want a keyboard with a Num Pad I'd suggest the Logitech G512.
I had it before I got the Pro, and I liked it.

Take a look at them, might tickle your fancy ;)

What form factor are you after? 60%, TKL, or fullsize? Asking this so I can narrow down options

    ok

CoolerMaster MasterKeys Pro L RGB (MX Blues, Reds, Browns) (out of production so you can only find them used or new from other suppliers)

iKBC MF108 v2 (MX Blues, Reds, Silent Reds, Browns) (this is a little on the pricey side because it has a full aluminium case and idk if this will ship to PH so perhaps an honorable mention)

Ducky One 2 RGB (MX Blues, Reds, Silent Reds, Browns, Nature Whites, Blacks, Silvers) (has the most switch options out of any other keyboard on the list)

Ducky Shine 7 (Blackout version if you don't like the gunmetal top plate) (MX Blues, Reds, Silent Reds, Browns, Blacks, Silvers) (no comment)

if you're feeling REAL fancy, Topre Realforce RGB

i could list a bunch of reasons why i wouldnt choose corsair but meh im lazy so here you go partner

EDIT: I'm still lazy so here's a post why you shouldn't. Yeahhhh, nah

I second this.. it's what I use. It's worth the money and it lasts through a lot of abuse and spills.

I suggest the Corsair k70 RGB rapidfire. I use it and here’s why:

-Cherry speed switches. 1.2mm is one key click, super fast. Quiet and non tactile.

-Media controls. On the top right there are volume wheel, next/previous track, pause, and mute buttons. Very nice and they can be configured in the iCue software to anything you like.

-Custom lighting effects. You can create or download custom lighting effects. All keys have lighting except for some media keys. These can be easily made, plus have cool premade ones.

-Price! It can be as low as 70 dollars. I got mine for about 120 for a brand new one.

-Ninja, best fortnite player imo uses this keyboard. He also does recommend it. Now you know this isn’t coming from just some crackhead that walks down the streets.

I don’t like how you said it’s worth your money because it’s not imo. What, $200 for a k70 with macro keys? Not a good choice if you want to go with it.
    Heck idc, go for it.

I used to love razer. I used to go through a keyboard every year. I've had this multiple years. So even at $200 with macro keys, it's still less long term. Then again, I rather have top quality stuff that lasts my abuse than crap that gets replaced ever year even if I can replace it every year.

This is the one I have

    https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Mechanical-Keyboard-Back-Lit-CH-9000081-NA/dp/B00N4OBCT2?th=1

Turns out they discontinued it. So nevermind.

    Definitely go corsair.
    • Unmatched Software that is regularly updated
    • Full RGB Lighting for each individual key
    • Keys are raised above a steel-base platform that makes cleaning a dream
    • Great Macro control/capability
    • Different switch and color schemes
    • Durable as fuck (that's some heavy steel used)
    • Keys can be purchased to replace ones that wear after a few years
Comes with a tool to remove keys easily and usually with textured/curved alternate WASD keys for FPS gaming
    • The list literally goes on
It really doesn't matter if you get the one SpiralDude suggested, or the one Trevah suggested. Hell, this is the one I bought, and it's a dream. My last keyboard was an $800 keyboard, and I prefer this one hands down.
