Excellent etiquette, sir! I approve of this topic of discussion and I must say, it is very appropriate for this particular sub-forum! Wonders!
While I do think that there is room for improvement, and I do see the common argument used in support of the opposing opinion of that statement, I believe we can all reach an agreement to settle on that we can be comfortable with while maintaining a respectful and civil environment, for the general good of mankind. There is a greater lesson to be learned here, of course, and that is that nothing is permanent. This thread shows a particularly fascinating example of how dust builds over the years and buries whatever we've worked hard to create. People always want things to be active, to stay over the years, but as we know, all of us will rot into raisins, the human race will eventually outlive its use, our dear planet will be swallowed by the merciless and unstoppable expansion of the giant star we'd used to call our sun, our galaxy would most likely collide with another and be left in utter chaos, or perhaps it'll be eviscerated by some uncaring black hole who had never been aware for a millisecond of its lifetime that galaxies were ever a physical thing. The only event we'll care about after that would be the universe's inevitable heat death, when all the energy would be equally distributed around space and no concentration of it could be exploited into anything. Perhaps we could make fantasies about strange creatures who dwelled upon these cosmic wastelands, raising empires and rediscovering their reality's ancient tales. After all, it doesn't matter what the true frame of reference tells us about our future. Everything is relative and limited to our minute brains' functions, and our only view outside is our senses, which could be as misleading as our hopes and dreams. We are therefore better off relying on the neurological manifestation of the idea we call "reality" which we do perceive than striving for the view of the world in its true form. But as I was saying, it is a very good discussion and I believe that you will go on to do great things, my dear friend! Good job!
